Ingredients:
– 1/2 block tempeh
– 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– squeeze of lemon juice (to top)
– drizzle of tahini (to top)
Instructions:

- Dip each piece of tempeh into the bowl of olive oil (and coat on all sides) and then into the bowl of breadcrumbs and spices (pack onto all sides) and then place them into a frying pan on medium-high heat with the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- Cook the tempeh on each side for 2-4 mins, or until crispy and browned.
- Top with lemon juice and tahini and enjoy!
