Your new go-to snow day hot cocoa recipe that takes only 10 minutes and 3 ingredients!!
I went to my local grocery store looking for a pre-made vegan hot cocoa powder, but I couldn’t find any! So, I decided to wing my own recipe and wow it worked like a charm! The cocoa turned out to rich and perfectly sweet, and was surprisingly easy to make. It took me just about 10 minutes and I only ended up needing to use three ingredients. My dairy-consuming family even loved this hot cocoa! PS you can use any plant-based milk you desire, but I almost exclusively use soy milk in my cooking because I feel like it has the mildest flavor that can do with either sweet or savory dishes. I’m sure oat or almond milk would work very well with this recipe!
This hot cocoa recipe is:
– super easy; only 10 minutes and 3 ingredients!
– so cozy and comforting (reminds me of elementary snow days)
– and has the perfect level of sweetness!
